Julian has a concentration in marketing from The University of Maryland and an understanding of Marketing/Advertising/Public Relations and knows when and how to tie Multimedia, Print, Video, Audio and Marketing Strategies together to provide the clients of Agent 007 Real Estate, Inc. a strong platform from which they can successfully close their transactions.

With his hard work, dedication to creativity, imagination and solid work ethic, Julian has developed a long list of contacts that can assist with clients' residential and commercial real estate needs.

Within the last few years, Julian has developed marketing and advertising campaigns that have gained regional attention in the Baltimore/Washington Metropolitan market. Julian has managed a variety of leasing opportunities for a number of uses including attracting corporate users to a 450-acre IT/Bio-Tech Park which encompassed corporate offices, retail & residential.
